REGARDING THE REORGANIZATION OF THE CIVIL AIRCRAFT REGISTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA

The Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2018 December 27 by resolution no. 1340 “On the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2004 December 30 resolution no. 1680 “Regarding the establishment of the civil aircraft register of the Republic of Lithuania and the approval of the provisions of the civil aircraft register” (TAR, 2018-12-28, No. 21768) made a decision to reorganize the civil aircraft register of the Republic of Lithuania and to transfer the functions of the register administrator from the budgetary institution Civil Aviation Administration for the public institution Transport Competence Agency from 2019 January 1

We inform you that the public institution Transport Competence Agency, performing the functions of the administrator of the civil aircraft register of the Republic of Lithuania, took over the information of the civil aircraft register of the Republic of Lithuania and the documents submitted to the register from the Civil Aviation Administration. Documents issued before the reorganization of the Civil Aircraft Register of the Republic of Lithuania are considered valid until their expiration date.
