WE INVITE MUNICIPALITIES TO SUBMIT REQUESTS TO COORDINATE THE INSTALLATION OF SIGNS WITH A GREEN ARROW

According to the rules for the installation of road traffic lights approved by the Minister of Transport, the Transport Competence Agency of the Public Enterprise is authorized to carry out the procedure for evaluating and harmonizing the impact of signs with a green arrow on safety and traffic.

The impact assessment is carried out in accordance with the assessment methodology for the installation of signs with a green arrow at a red traffic light approved by the director of the Transport Competence Agency of the Public Enterprise.

The evaluation of the impact of the tables is carried out when the manager of the intersection submits a request (according to the methodology appendix No. 5) and the data required for the evaluation, which are described in the evaluation methodology, to the Public Transport Competence Agency.

We would like to inform you that currently 6 municipalities have applied to the Agency of Transport Competences in accordance with the established procedure and submitted for coordination the installation of 80 signs. The documents submitted by three municipalities have already been harmonized, the remaining ones are in the process of correcting the data.

We invite municipalities that have hung signs without the approval of the Transport Competence Agency to apply without delay and according to the established procedure for the approval of the sign with the green arrow.
