IMPORTANT:

• Aeromedical examination and/or assessments for the revalidation of a medical certificate may be undertaken up to 45 days prior to the expiry date of the medical certificate.

• Initial issue:

Class 1 and Class 3 medical certificates shall be issued by an AeMC;
Class 2 and LAPL medical certificates shall be issued by an AeMC or an AME.

• Revalidation and renewal:

Class 1, Class 2, Class 3 and LAPL medical certificates shall be revalidates or renewed by an AeMC or an AME
