Transport Competence Agency (TCA) starts 2021 with updated registration to exams system version.
The new system is designated not only for pilots but for aviation security staff as well. Aviation security specialists now have an opportunity to register to theoretical and practical exams.
There is a direct payment service included in the system. The customers can pay for their exams using their online banking account. The possibility to pay by bank transfer also remains, in that case, a copy of the payment order will need to be uploaded directly to the system.
The payment for the exam must be made at least 24 hours before the exam, otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
The customers can view all their reservations for the exams in their system‘s profile, there is a possibility to cancel them and to request a refund. Also, the system shows the results of the exams that have already been taken.
TCA hopes that the new system will be more convenient and will allow customers to register to exams and manage their reservations easier than before.
