PROCUREMENT OF INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATOR SERVICES OF ONE HUNDRED ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATIONS

Public Transport Competence Agency 2020 on January 5, announced the public tender “Purchase of installation, maintenance and operator services of electric car charging stations” .

This public tender aims to select (for a minimum period of 5 years) a service provider to install, maintain and manage one hundred state-owned electric car charging stations.

Danpower Baltic Paneriškių UAB handed over these electric car charging stations to the state as support in a court dispute under a settlement agreement.

The state is represented in this process by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, and the project is implemented and the recipient of the support is the Public Enterprise Transport Competence Agency, the only participant of which is the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Lithuania.

We hope that this project will effectively contribute to the implementation of the tasks set out in the National Strategy for Energy Independence in the transport sector, and will promote the development of the electric vehicle fleet throughout the country.
