TKA BEGINS THE PROCEDURE OF IMPACT ASSESSMENT AND RECONCILIATION OF TABLES WITH A GREEN ARROW

According to the rules for the installation of road traffic lights approved by the Minister of Transport, the Transport Competence Agency of the Public Enterprise is authorized to carry out the procedure for evaluating and harmonizing the impact of signs with a green arrow on safety and traffic.

The impact assessment is carried out in accordance with the assessment methodology for the installation of signs with a green arrow at a red traffic light approved by the director of the Transport Competence Agency of the Public Enterprise.

The assessment of the impact of the tables is carried out when the intersection manager submits a request and the data required for the assessment to the Public Enterprise Transport Competence Agency, which are described in the assessment methodology.

After evaluating the traffic safety situation, the manager of the intersection can operate a table with a green arrow during the evaluation of the documents submitted to TKA.

It is considered that the decision to use a red signal sign with a green arrow at the traffic light is inconsistent and the sign in use is removed if:

• Public Transport Competence Agency presents a negative conclusion.
• The data required for the evaluation are not provided in the order established in the methodology.
